Return & Exchange Policy
You can request a return or exchange only if:

You received a defective or damaged product

You received the wrong product in your order
Requests for returns/exchanges must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@mbvyne.com with your order details and clear images/video proof of the issue.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Unpacking video or photo evidence may be required to process claims for wrong, missing, or damaged items.

If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method after the returned product has been inspected at our warehouse.

For COD orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund.

Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

Exchanges are only possible if the product delivered was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

In case of an approved exchange, the replacement will be shipped only after the original item is picked up and verified.
