Return & Exchange Policy

At MBVYNE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and a smooth experience. Please read carefully:

You can request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • You received the wrong product in your order

Requests for returns/exchanges must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@mbvyne.com with your order details and clear images/video proof of the issue.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Unpacking video or photo evidence may be required to process claims for wrong, missing, or damaged items.

  • If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method after the returned product has been inspected at our warehouse.

  • For COD orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund.

  • Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

    • Exchanges are only possible if the product delivered was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • In case of an approved exchange, the replacement will be shipped only after the original item is picked up and verified.

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

      • Innerwear (boxers, trunks, etc.)

      • Accessories

      • Clearance/flat-sale items

    • We take pride in ensuring quality at every step. If your order arrives with any issue, please reach out within 48 hours — our team will do their best to resolve it quickly.
