Returns & Exchange

At MBVYNE, every product is crafted and fulfilled only after you place an order. Because of this, we allow returns or exchanges only under specific conditions:

  • ✅ If the product you received is defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • ✅ If you ordered the wrong size or prefer a different color/design, we can help with an exchange once per item, but return shipping charges will apply.

  • ❌ Products that are worn, washed, or have tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • ❌ Personal-use items (like socks, caps, boxers) and sale/clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

  1. Contact us at support@mbvyne.com with your order ID and the reason for return/exchange.

  2. Ensure the product is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

  3. We will arrange a reverse pickup in most serviceable pincodes. A handling fee of ₹100 will be charged for returns/exchanges (waived in case of defective/damaged products).

  4. If your pincode is not covered, you will need to self-ship the item via a trusted courier. Please keep the receipt/tracking ID until the return is processed.

Once the product reaches our facility and passes quality checks, we’ll issue a refund or dispatch the exchange.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@mbvyne.com, with clear photos. We’ll prioritize sending you a replacement or refund.

Our logistics partners attempt up to 3 pickups. If a pickup fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or other issues, your request may be canceled.

To avoid this, please double-check your contact details and ensure availability at the time of pickup.

Returns/exchanges are only possible within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we’re unable to accept requests.

Order Related

All MBVYNE products are made to order. Your order will be processed within 1 business day and dispatched once ready. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email and SMS. Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier partner logistics or unforeseen delays.

  • Prepaid orders: Free shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: A flat handling fee of ₹100 is applicable.

Yes, you can change the shipping address before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us at support@mbvyne.com as soon as possible to make the change.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll get an SMS/email with courier partner details and a tracking ID. You can use this to track your package in real time on the courier’s website.

As per our delivery partner policy, packages cannot be opened before acceptance. Please accept the package and, if you notice any issue, contact us at support@mbvyne.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos/unboxing video for assistance.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Check for any delivery attempt messages or missed calls.

  2. Confirm with neighbors, security, or household members if they collected it.

  3. If you still can’t locate the package, contact us at support@mbvyne.com within 24 hours of the delivery update.
    Please note: We cannot investigate delivery disputes raised after this time frame, especially for OTP-verified deliveries.

RTO stands for Return to Origin. This happens when the courier cannot deliver the package after multiple attempts. Common reasons include:

  • The delivery partner was unable to contact you.

  • Address provided is incorrect/incomplete.

  • Mismatch between pincode and delivery address.

  • No one was available to accept the package.

Our delivery partners attempt up to 3 deliveries before returning the order to us. To avoid RTO, please ensure your contact number is active and that you respond promptly to courier calls/messages.

If your order has been marked as RTO without valid delivery attempts, contact us at support@mbvyne.com, and we’ll assist you further.

Cancellation & Modification

To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@mbvyne.com or call us at +91-999 820 2226 before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we’re unable to process cancellation requests.
If you do not wish to receive the order after dispatch, you may refuse delivery, and the package will be returned to us.

Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account as per banking timelines.
For payments made through store credits or gift vouchers, the balance will be re-added to your account in the same form.

Unfortunately, size or color modifications cannot be made once an order is confirmed.
If you’d like a different product, we recommend canceling your current order (before dispatch) and placing a fresh order with the correct size or color.

Yes, you can update your shipping address or contact details as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Please reach out to us at support@mbvyne.com or call our support line to request the change.
Once the order has been shipped, modifications to the address or contact details cannot be made.

If the amount has been deducted but you haven’t received an order confirmation, don’t worry. Please share your transaction details with us at support@mbvyne.com. Our team will verify and get back to you at the earliest.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. MBVYNE delivers across India only.
